Is there ANY free twitter apps (.jar) for a normal phone, which are 100% totally free? I mean, that use signal instead of the internet or something. PLEASE????

You can use twitter through any phone
twitter has a phone link, but it is for wireless phones and uses the texting feature. This link is available for free on twitter on your home and profile page.
