Look in the Applications folder
If it isn’t there get it here:

You need to first download and activate the Blackberry App Store. I “believe” you will find that in the Applications folder. Once you have downloaded and activated that application, you will then be able to get to the App store.
Have you activated the phone and registered it with the Blackberry network?
Are you able to access the internet at all? If not, follow the steps below. If so, then you don’t need to read any further.
Following these steps should get you rolling along on your Blackberry, provided the service provider has it correctly activated on their end.
Make sure your radio is turned on:
* Manage Connections >> On menu, it should tell you if your radio is on or off and give you the option to turn it on.
Make sure your phone is set to the correct network:
* Options >> Mobile Network >> [Where is says “Mobile Network”, make sure that is your provider that is listed].
Make sure your profiles are set correctly:
* Options >> Mobile network >> Update Profile
Now, make sure you are registered with the Blackberry network:
* Options >> Advanced Options >> Host Routing Table [Don’t change anything here, OMG!] >> Blackberry Button (pop-up menu appears) >> Register Now.
You will receive a text message confirmation.
