Question by Techie: Are you quitting FACEBOOK?
Facebook has its benefits. It creates a connection of sorts, reconnects old friends and is an excellent social media tool. But it is also a productivity killer when overused. Between email, Twitter and Facebook you can seem to be doing a lot without really doing anything at all.

Facebook isn’t a physical narcotic that you can’t seem to stop using – it’s merely a website you choose to visit however often it is that you do.
Self-control is key.
What do you think? Answer below!

yeah, i used to (and still do) love facebook but i spent soooo much time on it that my grades were suffering.
So i gave one of my mates my password, had them change it to something different and just get them to change it back on holidays
I can see how addictive the sites can become if you let them. No I am not quitting Facebook…it is however the only site I use. I do not twitter. I log on one a day to catch up and thats it, I don’t play the games or anything else. It really is about self control & I think it is this new generation of instant information everyone is addicted to.
I’m not quitting Facebook, but I’m only on it at max a total of 30 min a day, so yes, self control.
