Twitter – New ‘Over Capacity’ Graphic

Twitter have released a new version of their ‘Over Capacity – Too many tweets!’ screen. It is hoped that the new graphical representation will more accurately reflect the Tweeter’s emotional state while they experience the phenomenon that is ‘Over Capacity’!
