What most useful and necessary things and tools I can try for Twitter? Is there any additional services or features/options to add into my Twitter account or to use with it?

The following link lists about 60 different twitter tools, utilities, and clients for your desktop or mobile device.
One of my new favorites is Tweet Later (http://www.tweetlater.com/)
It allows you to schedule future dated tweets. Great for reminders and such.
