Oh there’s a whole lot! Try Posty, Alert Thingy, Twhirl, Feedalizr, Social Addict, Snitter, and Socialthing just to name a few!
There’s so many more! The site “Social Web Tools” has all that kind of info for you so you should check it out! =)
