Yes it means that they are the real celebrity,not just a poser.
If it has the green check mark that means it’s the real person or band or publicist that is acting upon celebrity wishes. Like a fan page monitor. Doesn’t mean it’s the real person but the most authenticated page. 🙂 i know celebs like Holly Maddison, Kendra Wilkinson, Jenna Jameson, John Mayer they all really use their pages. So sometime you get lucky!
