Question by Joe: What is a free Windows mobile app for Facebook and Twitter that uses SMS and not internet.?
My phone plan has unlimited text/sms but I have to pay for net usage so I am looking for an app that uses no net. I know that there are some apps for certain providers. Mine is Verizon.
