Someone told me that it required the internet to use the apps which it would cost crazy prices, is that true? Like if i got the iPhone and got the twitter app, would i have to pay to use it?
also i would use my wirless router when i was home, thats free internet right? I mean att wont charge me to use Wifi?

Some are free apps and some require you to purchase them.
But you will need an internet or 3G access to go on sites like twitter, but it does not cost you a “crazy price” like the person told you.
For what its worth, who ever told you that doesn’t know what they are talking about.

you pay for unlimited internet with the iphone so if you use the internet you would not have to pay again.
