I saw a commercial were you can get apps on your verizon phone. It showed twitter and I was wondering if I could get that on my LG Voyager & how can I get it? Also does it cost money??

Use the web browser on the phone to go to Verizon’s app store. Yes, it will cost you.

yes you can and itll cost but not very much. just look for it where you would normally buy any app.
