Question by elnano42: What are some useful apps I can find in the Android Marketplace?
I was wondering what to download once I get an HTC Incredible or VZW Nexus One (whenever that may be…). For example is there a Twitter app that is best? There are so many out there. An app for finances, banking etc., E-bay, Amazon? News? Just looking for some informed opinions and help. Thanks.
Also does it make a difference if an Android phone has Sense UI on it?

I can tell you that you’ll find almost anything under the sun as far as apps on the Android market go. I do know that Bank of America has a free app on the market that lets you perform online banking without the use of a computer or the internet on your phone. Amazon, Ebay, and news outlets have multiple apps so take your pick.
Aside from that, you have games, movie theater showtimes near you, currency calculators and translators, and other various apps that increase the functionality of your phone.
I switched to the Droid from a Blackberry and never looked back. I truly believe it’s a better OS than Apple.

I recommend PDAnet if you plan on tethering any of your devices. Alot of my friends at http://www.everythingandroid.org are already using either tinytwitter or pocketwit for their twitter notifications.
I thought I was the only one hanging around for the HTC Incredible Im glad someone is with me 🙂
Now all I have to do next is wait and then overclock the processor so it wont run slow 🙂
