How do you make @ replies from twitter to be directly sent to you phone? Cos I`m using twitter text message. But I also want the @ replies to my posts to be sent to my phone.

Good question, but I don’t think so. You will receive a text for any Direct Message and all Tweets from everyone that you have enabled Mobile Updates.
Perhaps just enable the accounts of the people that are most important to you.
